Covid 19 Update for Needham Clients

These certainly are unprecedented times, with the Coronavirus crisis escalating on a daily basis. To slow down the spread of the virus, the key Government advice, during this second lockdown, to employers is that businesses and workplaces should encourage their employees to work at home wherever possible.
We want to reassure clients that we are 'business as usual' and all our staff are either in the office or working from home dealing with client requests.
We will still be able to deal with our clients, in person, by phone, by email, Zoom or Skype and you will still be able discuss your insurance needs with us. The measures we have put in place over the last couple of months have ensured that we have the technology and communication tools in place to fully service our clients.
